A chequered past, but that's now history

DXC Technologies might be one of the biggest ICT companies you’ve never really paid much attention to, but it’s aiming to grow its presence in the local market.

09 April 2019

Just two years old, DXC Technologies has nearly 130 000 employees, is churning annual revenues of almost $25 billion, and last year made $1.78 billion profit. An end-to-end ICT services company focusing on the large and midscale operations, it has 6 000 private and public sector clients. So how does such a young company have such an impressive set of stats?

Although it was formed in April 2017, the company is the result of a merger between CSC Computer Sciences and the enterprise services business of HP, which had previously acquired EDS.
