Paper-based processes just lost an old ally as DocuSign’s solutions enable the remote lifecycle management of contracts.

Since the world stayed home to reduce infections, there has been an increase in paperless working and a rise in digitisation. Numerous tech companies have seen business boom from increased use of their collaboration tools. One company that has also benefited from a rise in the need for solutions that enable remote business is DocuSign.

Established in 2003, DocuSign is one of the pioneers of e-signature technology and helps organisations connect and automate how they ‘prepare, sign, act on and manage agreements’. Its Agreement Cloud offers the ability to sign agreements electronically from any device and from almost anywhere. With over 350 prebuilt integrations with popular business apps and APIs, it enables embedding and connecting DocuSign’s facilities with customers’ websites, mobile apps and custom workflows. With more than half a million commercial customers, it boasts hundreds of millions of users in over 180 countries. Its customers include seven of the top 10 global tech companies, 18 of the top 20 global pharmaceutical companies, 10 of the top 15 global financial services players and over 800 US federal, state and local government agencies.
