DELL TECHNOLOGIES TO LEVEL THE GENDER PLAYING FIELDS

The report considered things through the lens of eight key pillars, namely mobility, workplace, pay, marriage, parenthood, entrepreneurship, assets and pension.

According to the scoring in the index, countries ranked at 100 out of 100 show true gender parity across all eight pillars. South Africa’s score is reasonably good, at 88.1 out of 100.
