Listening to Bevan Ducasse talking earnestly about his company suddenly makes me smile.

At 34, he’s young, open and friendly, polite and punctual and head-turningly attractive. Yet he talks with the wisdom and gravitas of an experienced 60-year-old who’s spent a lifetime running businesses. Ducasse stops and grins too. “I do often pinch myself and feel incredibly grateful and incredibly blessed,” he says. “But I certainly don’t think I’ve ‘made it’ because I see so much more to do.”
