Enterprise mobility: What's driving it?

The arrival of smart devices has made it possible for busy managers to run their businesses from anywhere. But although there’s greater flexibility, it also means corporate IT departments have to operate under new paradigms. With enterprise mobility changing the nature of not only the IT departments, but of the organisations themselves, businesses have a lot to consider when embracing it.

That is how you engage with your employees and your customers. We have seen a major shift in adoption in the last 18 months. Companies are coming to us asking how they can mobilise their services, how they can make their employees more productive, how they can increase ROI. A lot of this is driven by the current economic situation. It is basically a way to get more productivity out of staff members by asking, ‘How can I make you smarter’, ‘What tools do you need?’
