Lerato Dolamo

As a solutions architect at SEACOM, Lerato Dolamo is part of a team creating network architectures for businesses and enterprise clients. It’s an exciting, challenging, and technical space that she enjoys, but it certainly wasn’t clear to a much younger Dolamo what she wanted to do with her life.

Dolamo says she had no idea what career path to take and no guidance either. She was raised by a single mother, her father having passed away in her early teens. Her mother, she says, had been supportive and set a great example of the value of hard work, but she didn’t have career advice to offer.
