Smart devices proliferate in our offices. They are increasingly dangerous attack vectors.

How does today’s CIO tackle enterprise security from a device perspective? The modern organisation is brimming with connected devices – PCs, laptops, mobile phones, printers and other endpoint devices – all of which can be used as attack vectors. Many modern printers, for example, are effectively PCs with internet connections, operating systems and the ability to execute arbitrary code. Most datacentres may be locked down, but the connected devices throughout the rest of the building are quite another matter.
