With everyone working from home and learning different tools, the demand for IT support has soared. The need for clear-headed leadership to keep teams and strategies on track has also intensified. Plans and products in the pipeline have been disrupted or killed off completely as ‘business as usual’ became business survival.

The lockdown also forced Brainstorm’s Women’s Day roundtable to be held online this year, and it naturally focused on the IT tools that have kept their companies running. Participants also shared personal survival tactics, since the pressure on working mothers in particular has intensified from the demands of housework and keeping the kids amused, fed and educated.
