Almost a third of CIOs in EMEA say they are prioritising digital business this year, and, according to Gartner, improving ‘digital dexterity’ in organisations is a crucial building block to achieving this.

Digital dexterity measures the ability and ambition to exploit existing and emerging technologies for better business outcomes. It applies to staff members, teams and organisations as a whole, and according to Gartner, is becoming more important because the digital component of most jobs is increasing.
