Do you want that door to AI within the business to be thrown wide open? Well, Microsoft has done just that with Copilot. Described as “Your everyday AI companion”, it works in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Business Chat. Costing companies $30 per user with a year’s commitment and, until recently, a minimum of 300 users, Microsoft Copilot entered the world expensively. Even with the cost dropping to $20 per user for Standard or Home 365 accounts, this artificial intellect is expensive. We asked Carl Schei, head of Architecture, Derivco; Greg Hay, technology manager, Spar South Africa; and Doug Morrison, strategic head: Microsoft, Braintree, to talk about their integrations and the value they’re getting from the technology.
