Comparing specific communications costs is easy: is vendor A cheaper than vendor B? But business communications is no longer just about the individual costs of a particular communications channel. The single bill from Telkom is no longer the only telecoms cost for companies, nor is it even the most important one anymore. Instead, there’s a whole smorgasbord of different costs, from mobile to data to infrastructure, some of them tightly coupled with business processes and some of them not. How do CFOs tackle the complexity of managing this environment?
